一、信頭：指發(fā)信人的地址和日期，寫(xiě)在信紙的右上角。

二、稱(chēng)呼：指對(duì)收信人的地址和稱(chēng)呼。寫(xiě)在信頭之下，從信紙的左邊開(kāi)始。寫(xiě)信給熟悉的人，如王明一般用Dear Wang Ming或Dear Mr. Wang。

三、信的正文：指信的主體部分，從稱(chēng)呼的下一行到結(jié)束語(yǔ)前，第一段頂頭寫(xiě)。
