兩者形容詞修飾對象不同。deputy作形容詞時用于一般副職，如主任，處長，科長。vice作形容詞時用于較高層次的副職，如總理，主席。兩者名詞含義不同。deputy意為代表，副手。vice意為惡習(xí)，不道德行為。

deputy和vice有什么區(qū)別

vice僅限于用于最高領(lǐng)導(dǎo)職位的副職，其他副職一般不用vice;deputy用于除vice之外的中高職位的副手，deputy的本意是“代理”，也就是一把手不在時，deputy可以行使職權(quán)，比如市長不在時，副市長是可以代為行使職權(quán)的。
