people與person的區(qū)別

1、單復(fù)數(shù)含義不同

person是個體名詞，它泛指man，woman或child中的任何一個，其復(fù)數(shù)形式是persons，但人們習(xí)慣用people代替persons。

people作“人”講時(shí)，是集合名詞，表復(fù)數(shù)概念。說“一個人”時(shí)，不用people。當(dāng)表示兩個以上的人時(shí)，可用people。
