1、Good living habits are important to our lives, which ensure us a healthy body and a good mood. Having a good rest is the basic, so that we can have enough energy in the whole day. There is an old saying goes, “A close mouth catches no flies.” That is telling us pay attention to our eating. Finally, doing exercises is essential. It brings us health as well as relaxation and pleasure. Many stress and negative emotions can be drained away by doing exercises. In short, healthy living habits bring many benefits, although sometimes you even do not realize.

Now that we know that health is the source of our energy, what should we do to maintain and enhance our health? First, we should exercise every day to strengthen our muscles. Second, we should keep regular hours. If we get up early, we can breathe fresh air and see the sunrise. This habit can do wonders for our outlook on life. Third, there is a proverb that says, “Prevention is better than cure.”

In conclusion, health is more important than wealth. Those who are rich, but lose their health are no more fortunate than those who are poor. If you want your wish to come true, health is the most important ingredient of your success.

3、Good habits are good for the health.Every morning we'd better get up early and do morning exercises before having breakfast.Taking a walk after supper is also important.It is not good to watch TV too long and go to bed too late.So try to have more sports in our spare time instead of staying at home.Eating too much at meal is bad for our health,too.We shouldn't eat junk food.We should eat enough fruit and vegetalbes.It's very important to keep healthy.I think we should have healthy diet every day and eat proper food.We shouldn't eat junk food because it is bad for our health.Drink water and milk as often as possible.Milk is a great drink that can give us more calcium that make our bones much stronger.Don't eat too much because it will make you uncomfortable and fat.Don't spend too much time watching TV,DVDs and Videos or using computers.It's good to take more exercise such as basketball,bike riding ,swimming and so on.Follow these and you can be healthy.
